Auto brokerage deals were being managed through manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows where scenarios, approvals, commissions, dealer payments, customer documents, and lead/deal status were difficult to track securely across brokers, dealers, and admins.

Our Solution

What IllusionX Media built

  • Built a GoHighLevel-embedded deal management portal with isolated sub-accounts for dealer groups, dealerships, and brokers, plus admin-level visibility across the platform.
  • Structured deal lifecycle phases for Working Deals, Open Deals, and Closed Deals, with scenario ingestion from desking tools such as Market Scan and future J.D. Power API support.
  • Created a custom Supabase-backed financial ledger and commission engine for bird dog fees, broker fees, COD differences, salesperson commissions, receivables, and settlement tracking.
  • Added a Supabase S3-backed digital deal jacket, dynamic stipulation requests, expiring magic links, dealer-room access, iframe credit application handling, inventory/VDP planning, and Dropp/Hedera payment preparation.
